    In-Person Group Training: 45-minute HIIT sessions in our facility with certified trainers, heart rate tracking, and premium equipment (max 12 people/class). Online Training: 500+ on-demand workouts + live-streamed classes with form feedback via video submissions.   • How often should I attend sessions for optimal results?
